Functional hotel in a very big building with lovely views by the greenery which is a shame. Fantastic setting, next to restaurants all a short walk away, and holiday world, which had excellent shows and rides for everyone. Again, 10 minutes walk from an energetic beach:)))

Stayed there before, the staff was as always amazingly nice. The room was recently refurbished, tidy and with great beds.

Lively brand-new hotel with fabulous sea views. Newly decorated standard queen room, very comfy beds. Really great bathroom and a roll-in shower with good sewerage. Fab, magnificent location in Playa del Ingles, very close to transport, the center and the promenade. And a 5-minute walk from Kasbah.

The room was new-fashioned here with very comfy beds. The hotel's location was central, in all areas i must say. Moreover, it was so close to the Resturant and get booked in for january 2020.

Its location was magnificent, adjacent to several dutch/english and other pubs, the public areas, and the Resturant. The service was good, no complaints whatsoever. The facilities were good and easy to use.

I liked this original hotel, it did not disappoint. The team provided a great service. The location was marvellous and fab, not too far from Yumbo Centrum. It was a calm area, a fabulous base for me.

A great way to end my trip. A comfortable base for holidays. Huge and new-fashioned rooms with good views of the sea. Marvellous location as only 5 minutes to Kasbah. It also was in front of a park and a greenery.

The location is decent and ideal, 1 km from Yumbo Centrum. The breakfast is extensive and warm, with cheeses and cakes, for example. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive.

Thank you for the real good stay during our visit. Plus, the location is peaceful, minutes from Kasbah. It's so close to bars, restaurants, shops and beach, and local shops and bars.

Enjoyed my enjoyable stay and would love to stay here again. The place was well-maintained. Central location short walk to airport, it was in a brand new area. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from Kasbah.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

Great location, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large balcony. The variety of food offered at meal times was good. The animation team was fantastic, providing entertainment for both children and adults throughout the day. The hotel also had a shop, gym, and hairdressers for convenience. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Location close enough to beach or free shuttle bus, lots of taxis outside and sea and coastal.
